INTERACTIVE VOICE RESPONSE (IVR) PORTALS

The IVR portal is a  content delivery platform on voice for all kinds of mobile content like music, movies, info, etc.
Mobile phones are no longer a device for communication only. In fact it caters to entertainment and recreational needs of mobile users across the world.
Portal brings desired content into the hands of the user directly with ease and efficiency, maximizing the utility of the  powerful voice platform.
The content on the portal can be available in multiple languages catering to different user groups and regional requirements.

BULK SMS GATEWAY

The Bulk SMS Gateway is an enterprise solution connected to a GSM/CDMA network, which will send messages from the web interface. Clients have the facility to export the address book from the client database. Response from the mobile-users could also be received by the gateway and automatically posted to databases.

SMS GATEWAY

It has an in-built SMS router to intelligently route messages between multiple SMSC connections. Scalable architecture will allow increasing the load handling capacity with change in requirement. A Robust Reporting engine is present to generate complete reports on SMS usage.

CMDP

Higher version of CMS which not only takes care of Content storage and management but also content delivery through SMS, WAP and Voice.
Consists of SMS keyword management, WAP page generator and modules to connect to various carrier gateways

SMSC

SMSC enables subscribers to send and receive messages in cellular network. It is secure, stable and scalable, provides for Message storage, Point-to-Point, Mobile Originate, Mobile Terminated Short Message Service (SMS-PP/MT/MO) and supports popular Application ESME Protocols too.

USSD MENU APPLICATION

USSD is faster and better way for interactive transactions and call-related messaging compared to SMS. Unlike SMS, which is store-and-forward functionality, USSD is session-oriented.
When a user accesses a USSD service, a session is established and the radio connection stays open until the user, application releases it or time-out happens. Response times for interactive applications are therefore shorter than with SMS, because there is no channel reservation time per message and there is no store and forward.      

USSD messages are simple to form and easy to send. There is no need to configure any settings as in SMS or WAP. A typical USSD message starts with a * or # followed by digits which indicate an action to be performed or are parameters. Each group of numbers is separated by a * and, the message is terminated with a #.The user simply dials a string, which automatically connects to the USSD Gateway. The USSD gateway in turn can interact with external applications based on USSD command. This allows access to a number of value added services via USSD.   

MISSED CALL ALERTS

Missed Call Alerts service mobile subscribers get the insurance to have missed calls reported when their handsets are powered off or when they are out of coverage area. The notification is sent in the form of an SMS containing the Caller ID of the party that was trying to reach them.

VIDEO STREAMING SOLUTIONS

The video streaming server is a complete solution for mobile operators and content owners to host video content centrally and make them available for access from cellular handsets. The video is not downloaded but streamed.
